Lay your tee flat. Measure chest width 1 inch below the armholes, and length from the highest shoulder point to the back hem. These are garment measurements, not body measurements.

True fit to traditional sizing, these are washed several times in the manufacturing and dying process which prevents some shrinkage from high efficiency washer and driers.
